DERMATOLOGY IN THE PHARMACY
THE FIRST TELEDERMATOLOGY SERVICE that allows Pharmacies to carry out:
• Dermatological consultations on suspected moles and all other skin pathologies, such as: dermatitis, mycosis, onychomycosis, eczema, psoriasis, acne, etc. in collaboration with selected dermatologists .
• Check up on the skin for dermo-cosmetic treatments.
• Trichological check-up for a suitable treatment of hair and scalp (with the possibility of requesting a specialist report).
The pharmacy will be equipped with :
1 professional dermatoscope
5 professional optics , 2 of which in epiluminescence, a wood light, one for trichological analysis and one for skin analysis.
1 Computer with DermaSuite platform installed and connected in Telemedicine for transferring images to Dermatologists.
Adequate Training in Pharmacy and at a distance
A fundamental service for pharmacies which will not only have an important role in the prevention of melanoma but will be able to respond promptly to a constantly growing number of customers seeking advice for dermatological problems directly from pharmacists.
